Max Addons is a free collection of 20 elements for Bricks Builder. Style Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, Fluent Forms and Formidable Forms visually in the Bricks editor, and add Hotspots, Image Accordion, Lottie, Flip Box, Content Ticker and more to your pages without writing code.

Each element loads its CSS and JavaScript only on pages where you use it, and several elements work with Bricks query loops and dynamic data.

Need more? Max Addons Pro adds 35 more elements, including 13 for WooCommerce, plus 9 features such as advanced form fields, display conditions and extra query loop types.

  • Content Toggle: Switch between two blocks of content, such as monthly and annual pricing. Each side can hold content or a saved Bricks template, with five switch styles including buttons.
  • Content Ticker: Scroll your latest posts, news or announcements in a ticker. Use it as a news ticker or breaking news bar that scrolls horizontally, vertically or fades, with items pulled from custom content or a Bricks query loop.
  • Rating: Star or icon ratings with dynamic values, labels and links.

Images and media

  • Hotspots: Add interactive markers to images for product tours, maps and feature callouts. Use icons, images or text as markers, with tooltips that open on hover or click, and build hotspots from a query loop.
  • Image Accordion: Expanding image panels, with query loop support.
  • Image Comparison: A before-and-after image slider. Compare two images horizontally or vertically, move the handle by dragging or mouse movement, and show before and after labels.
  • Random Image: Show a different image on each page load, with mask and lightbox options.
  • Scroll Image: Add vertical or horizontal scroll effects to long images, such as website screenshots.
  • Video: Embed YouTube, Vimeo or self-hosted video with custom thumbnails, play icons, sticky video and schema markup.

Animation

  • Lottie: Add Lottie animations, upload JSON files to the media library, and control looping, click mode and actions on completion. Play animations automatically, on hover, click, scroll or cursor movement, or when they enter the viewport.

  1. Make sure the Bricks theme is installed and active.
  2. In your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New Plugin, search for “Max Addons for Bricks”, then install and activate it. You can also upload the plugin folder to wp-content/plugins and activate it from the Plugins screen.
  3. Open any page in Bricks. Max Addons elements appear in the elements panel, marked with a “Max” label.
  4. To use a form styler, install Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, Fluent Forms or Formidable Forms and create a form first.

Is Max Addons free?

Yes. The 20 elements listed above are free and need no license key. Max Addons Pro is an optional upgrade with 35 more elements and 9 features.

What does Max Addons Pro add?

13 WooCommerce elements, including a checkout builder, thank you page builder, product swatches and a wishlist. Tables and charts, galleries, off-canvas and slide menus. And features such as advanced form fields, display conditions, extra query loop types and white label. See the full list above.

Do I need Bricks Builder?

Yes. Max Addons requires the Bricks theme to be installed and active. It does not work with other themes or page builders.

Which form plugins can Max Addons style?

Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, Fluent Forms and Formidable Forms. Install the form plugin and create a form, then add the matching styler element in Bricks and select your form.

Can I use Max Addons elements with dynamic data and query loops?

Yes. Dynamic List and Image Accordion work inside Bricks query loops, and elements such as Image Comparison, Rating and Flip Box accept Bricks dynamic data, including ACF and Meta Box fields.

Will Max Addons slow down my site?

No. Each element loads its CSS and JavaScript only on pages where you use it. You can also turn off elements you don’t use from the Max Addons settings screen.

Does Max Addons work with the latest version of Bricks?

Max Addons is updated for new Bricks releases. If something breaks after a Bricks update, report it in the support forum and we will fix it in a regular update.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Every option is a visual control in the Bricks editor.

MaxAddons for Bricks is an awesome and quality product, developed by a great developer. I have to say that Simrandeep (the dev) is so responsive and helpful when you report any bugs. He helped me with quick fixes always. Highly recommended going with this plugin and upgrading to the Pro version as a support.

After trying the free version, I went for their Max Addons for Bricks Pro. Very happy with this plugin. I'd rate it as the best one for Bricks so far. I'm looking forward to seeing new features added over time.

I encountered some issues which were solved immediately by the Developer – yes, immediately after I left a message to him. The previous plugins I tried had issues even after updating to a newer version. For example, it was not mobile-friendly even though it was supposed to be. Other features aren’t as user-friendly too. MaxAddons works right out of the box. Even with the issues, everything works as claimed. Now that it’s solved, this will be my #1 plugin for Bricks Builder that I will strongly recommend. The customer service from the Developer is impeccable!`

I use MaxAddons mainly for IconList element and FluentForms element. It works great with Bricks and helps me save a lot of time. And Simrandeep helps and listens if problems occur and fixes them asap. And I have to mention, that when I compared MaxAddons with Bricksable, MaxAddons is much faster and performant in backend-editor than Bricksable is. Seems to me, that MaxAddons is much better programmed. Nice and good to know. I really like MaxAddons and the supportive team in the background. 🙂
