  1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
  3. Click on Waitlist menu on the dashboard.

Everything is already setup.Just activate the plugin & you are done.

How to translate?

  1. Download PoEdit.
  2. Open the watilist-woocommerce.pot file in PoEdit. (/plugins/waitlist-woocommerce/languages/
    watlist-woocommerce.pot)
  3. Create new translation & translate the text.
  4. Save the translated file with name “waitlist-woocommerce-Language_code”. For eg: German(waitlist-woocommerce-de_DE)
    , French(waitlist-woocommerce-fr_FR). — Language code list
  5. Save Location: Your wordpress directory/wp-content/languages/

Working

  1. Waitlist button shows when product is out of stock.
  2. As soon as the product is in stock again , it sends email to all the users in waitlist.

This is a fantastic plugin for any site that hold physical stock in their woo commerce store. Easy set up, the pro version has extra featured such as waiting list with backorder allowed items which is great as some people dont want to back order but will order when product is back in stock. 5 stars - Very Happy !

The plugin didn't work as I was expecting it to work, however, with a simple and quick help from the dev I got it to work as needed. I hope my feature is implemented in the pro version.

I was hoping to use this plugin with BricksBuilder.I purchased the paid version from the beginning because I wanted to use shortcodesAnd the combination of dynamic tags and shortcodes in Bricks worked almost, almost, exactly as I expected.However, I had a problem with the variable products, so I contacted support, got the code to fix it right away, copied and pasted it, and it worked as expected. The paid version is also very inexpensive compared to other annual subscriptions and basically works fine.The Wordpress admin screen is also easy to read, so even first-time users won't have any trouble operating it.The support replies are fast and great. I dare to say that I wanted to use YayMail, but when I used it with this one, some emails were not delivered, as if they were incompatible.Then I decided to use another Woocommerce email customizer.Hopefully you can fix this part too. The above explanation was incomplete. The following is an addendum. I was advised by the developer that the compatibility issue with Yaymail seems to be caused by Yaymail breaking WP cron.I am not familiar with the code so I don't know the details, but it doesn't seem to be a program issue on the Waitlist Woocommerce side.
