Canvza is a visual page builder for WordPress. Create service, support, landing, and conversion pages by editing sections and elements directly on the canvas, reviewing layouts at different screen sizes, and reusing content across pages.
Canvza Core is the free WordPress.org plugin. It includes the visual Builder, 27 Core elements, Layers, Page & Site Settings, responsive editing, and reusable content tools. Use it to build and publish pages alongside your WordPress theme.
You can begin with your own Saved Sections and Page Templates, or use the Core Service / Support Business preview workflow for page starters when the Pro companion is not installed. These starting points give you layouts to adapt as well as the option to build from an empty canvas.
Build visually with Canvza Core
Add sections, arrange layout and content elements, and select an item on the canvas to edit its content and appearance. Use Layers to understand the page hierarchy and select, organize, or rearrange nested content. Page Settings controls the wider page experience, including its design foundation, navigation, header, and footer.
What is included in Canvza Core
Visual Builder
Build with drag-and-drop editing and 27 Core elements spanning layout, content, media, and business components. Combine sections, rows, columns, grids, and containers with headings, text, images, and other page content. Select elements directly or find them through Layers.
Page & Site Controls
Manage page width, colors, spacing, and canvas/page mode in Page Settings. Bright and Dark page color modes provide page-wide design foundations. Builder-managed headers and footers include branding, navigation links, a primary call to action, and mobile menu controls.
Responsive Editing
Switch between Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile modes to review your layout while editing. Use supported responsive spacing, stacking, and visibility controls where available, then check the published page at the screen sizes your visitors use. Not every Inspector field has a separate value for each device mode.
Reusable Content
Save your own sections and full-page layouts as Saved Sections and Page Templates. Reuse them when building other pages, and import or export Builder library JSON to move reusable content between Canvza libraries.
Business Elements
Combine calls to action, FAQs, pricing panels, proof sections, the Brief Form, and the Service Area Map to explain an offer and give visitors a clear next step. These practical page components are part of Core.
WordPress Integration
Open the Builder from a WordPress page and keep your existing theme in place. Canvza renders its layouts within the WordPress page workflow and provides canvas/page settings for the page presentation. Supported form-plugin shortcodes can be used in text blocks.
Build practical business and service pages
Put service information, pricing, common questions, and contact or request options in one page flow. Use the Service Area Map to show where a business works, and use reusable sections to carry consistent service information and calls to action across pages.
Canvza includes a Brief Form element with editable fields, validation, nonce protection, and WordPress mail handling. Contact and request layouts can also include form plugin shortcodes inside text blocks when you use a supported form plugin (for example Contact Form 7 or WPForms).
Canvza Pro — optional companion
Canvza Pro is a separate optional plugin for users who want more ready-made designs and complete site starting points in the same Canvza editing workflow. Canvza Pro is not required to use Canvza Core. Core’s Builder, elements, page controls, responsive editing, and reusable content tools operate independently.
Pro adds complete multi-page Site Systems, premium section packs, premium header and footer packs, design packs, and additional ready-made design resources. Current Pro Site Systems include Northstar Studio, Greenline Home Services, SignalFlow AI, Emberline Studio, Morgan Vale, and Haven Market. These Site Systems and premium packs are supplied by the separate Pro companion and are not included in Core.

Theme and plugin compatibility
Canvza is designed to run alongside common WordPress plugins. The free plugin does not certify or bundle support for commercial plugins such as WP Rocket, WPML, or Divi. Multilingual workflows use your multilingual plugin’s standard page translation workflow.
Ecommerce and WooCommerce
The free plugin does not include ecommerce checkout, cart flows, or deep WooCommerce product integration. Pro may include editorial storefront-style kits; WooCommerce remains the system of record for shop, cart, and checkout when you need real commerce.
Haven Market is a Pro Site System and design example, not an ecommerce feature included in Core.
External services
Canvza includes optional elements that can embed third-party maps and videos. Canvza does not send visitor information to these providers from the WordPress server. A visitor’s browser contacts a provider only when a site owner configures the relevant element and publishes a page containing that embed.
- Google Maps is used by the Service Area Map element to display an embedded map and optionally link to Google Maps. When that element is used, the visitor’s browser may send the requested map URL and standard web-request data such as IP address, browser/user-agent information, referrer, and provider cookies to Google. - YouTube / YouTube No-Cookie is used by the Video element when a site owner supplies a YouTube URL. The visitor’s browser requests the configured video embed from YouTube or
youtube-nocookie.comwhen the published embed loads; standard request data such as IP address, browser/user-agent information, referrer, and provider cookies or storage may be processed according to Google’s policies. The file assets/js/admin.js is a readable hand-authored source file that ships directly in the plugin package.
For reviewer clarity, the same source is also included at src/admin/admin.js, with a short note in src/admin/BUILD.md.
