Entry Ranger for Contact Form 7 does not send data to any external server and does not include analytics, telemetry, or license checks.
Submissions from your Contact Form 7 forms are stored in the wp_entrafo_submissions and wp_entrafo_files tables in your own database, and may include the fields entered by the person submitting the form, their IP address, user agent, and any attached files.
Scheduled reports email CSV files with those submissions to the recipients you configure, using your site’s own mail system (wp_mail). Generated files are kept on your server for the number of days set in Settings. Erasing a person’s data with the WordPress privacy tools does not recall copies already emailed or files not yet deleted. You can delete them from the plugin screen, limit their retention using configurable retention settings, or use the WordPress privacy tools (Export Personal Data / Remove Personal Data), which this plugin registers natively.

No. Each report only contains the submissions received since the previous successful run. If a send fails, the next run includes those rows again.

How do scheduled reports run?

They use WP-Cron, which runs when the site receives visits. For on-time delivery on quiet sites, define
DISABLE_WP_CRONand callwp-cron.phpfrom a system cron every few minutes. The Scheduled reports tab warns you if WP-Cron is disabled or reports are overdue. -
Where are the report files stored?

In
wp-content/uploads/entrafo-private/reports/, with random names, under the same protection as attachments. They are deleted after the number of days set in Settings (90 by default). Download links in emails expire and require a logged-in user who can export the form.
